The interview was very informal. I was shown around the offices and explained what they do. I was asked about how long I plan on being in the area (apparently people in the past have left sooner than expected). I was asked about my prior work experience and why I was interested in working for them. The job was explained to me in detail and I was allowed to ask any questions about the position. They do provide benefits after 3 months of being with the company.
