Recruiter phone call who asked me a couple of questions like what kind of lab experience I had. Then, scheduled for an online interview with the managers. The questions were your typical interview questions like why you want to work for the company, strengths and weaknesses, and your career goal/5-year plan.

Applied online. Within a few days I got a call from a person (not a bot) for a quick screen (availability, a couple of easy behavioural and technical questions). About a week later, the supervisor of the department I applied for scheduled an interview with me. The interview took about 30-40 mins with the supervisor. Was offered the position about a week later.
