Was a 15 minute phone interview. It was supposed to be 30 minutes. The interviewer was impatient and frankly - rude. This was easily one of the worst phone interviews I've had in my life. Do you want to attract talent or frighten them away?

Interviewer kept asking what my current salary is. I said that is private information. She wasn’t happy that I wasn’t answering and asked the same question again & again.
