Virtual interview about 30 minutes long with basic standard questions. If they like you then you come in for a ride along and meet face to face. When you arrive you'll have a 3 or 4 page quiz before your ride along. Was offered the job but it was listed between $17-19 an hour and I came in with 7 years of experience and they only offered me $17.30. Tried to negotiate and we could not come to an agreement. Don't advertise pay you're not willing to give. 7 Years experience is worth more than 30 cents. They called me back 3 weeks after I declined the offer with what I originally wanted and I told them to kick rocks. They showed me how they value experience and good employees. Which is they don't.
