Initially had a phone screen with the department head. Scheduled a group interview which lasted about 1.5 hours, informational as well as enjoyable. Scheduled a final group interview with the club General Manager, notified of onboarding.

Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time

Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
