Very long interview. went believing i would be hired.I was called and interviewed over the phone. led to believe I would be hired. At the end of a long interview I was told other candidates were being interviewed.

Entretien
You meet with the Regional, then the GM along with the Area Director, then you have a phone interview with the National Lead at the corporate office. They ask corporate questions - I felt very much like they wanted to make sure I could conform.
