It was normal - phone call and then interview on-site. Didn’t like that had to be on campus everyday. I prefer remote work so it didn’t work out but the process was fine.

They had me do 3 interviews (phone, sales manager, and general manager) just to tell me they weren’t currently hiring but instead we’re looking for people to fill their pipeline in the future. Extremely unprofessional.
