My interview had 3 phases and it took about 2 weeks.
The first one was a phone call with the PT Manager.
The second was in person again with the PT manager and the assistant manager.
The third and last was with the general manager.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
