The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were supposed to have an initial phone interview one day (he was supposed to call me) and I never heard a word. I called towards the end of the day to see if I had the wrong date, and no answer. He called me the next morning as if nothing happened, not even an acknowledgement that he had blown me off. He proceeded to ask me some interview questions, but his manner was very disrespectful and condescending. Then he invited me back for an in person assessment, but I turned it down.

Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.
