Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
2 Step interview process. One with the department head and the other with the general manager.
First interview was one on one.
Second interview was with a group of other people either applying for same department or different department.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
