Interview is long, 3-4 of them. first your manager, then the gm, then the regional i think.
First, you have a 1:1 with your manager, then you have a very long converation with the GM who is great. Then a final one with the regional who wants to talk about where you want to grow as a person.

They ask your typical questions, when was a time, did you ever feel, how active are you, why is fitness important, when was a time you helped someone.

1 - Phone interview (15 minutes, described job, asked a couple questions)
2 - Face to Face interview (20 minutes, more description of job, responsibilities, and performance they are looking for. Absolutely no questions qualifying my skills or experience)
3 - Face to Face with Sales VP
