J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Life Time (Cypress, TX) en janv. 2019
Entretien
The process was pretty long. I had 4 interviews overall. The first one was with the head trainer. The second one was a practical, I had to find a random person in the gym and do a sample 30 min workout. The third was with the general manager. Then the last was over the phone with like the CEO or someone really high up in the high up. They were all pretty laid back though. Just be yourself because my personality stood out more than my experience.

Wonderful, straight to the point of they already can see you in the team, very friendly team, beautiful establishment and good work opportunity overall, just have to put in the work
J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Life Time (Dallas, TX) en nov. 2025
Entretien
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
