J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Life Time (Ardmore, PA) en janv. 2018
Entretien
Online application, phone screen, two + in person interviews.
Interview was thorough yet scripted. Interviewers must ask the form questions, even if you already provide an answer. Second interview was a group interview with people applying for other roles. Same scripted questions, very uncomfortable and time consuming interview for a part-time role.
Interviewers over promise an amazing supportive environment but fall short right from day one. under delivering the team member experience that was boosted in the interview was never able to be delivered to support new employees. It's like dealing with a car salesman

The interview was a 3 round interview, the process for the most part was pretty organized. Good entry-level position to get started when working in the gym industry. First, you take a phone call interview, followed by the assistant manager interview, followed by the general manager interview
