I was first interviewed by the member services assistant manager, my second interview was conducted by the general manager of the facility in her office. They both asked me a serious of similar questions, the second interview I was given the Lifetime mission statement and encouraged to memorize it and be prepared to recite it.

It was calm, comfortable and they followed up quickly. The people were very nice and even though I didn't end up working there, it was a good experience. I might apply again soon just because of how smooth the interview was.
