J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Life Time en oct. 2017
Entretien
I first applied online and received a call 3 days later and had a 20 minute phone interview with someone from HR. She set up an interview with the manager of the department I was applying for and I went in to that interview 5 days later. That interview lasted 30 minutes and I was passed on to have an interview with the GM a week later. I was told that it would be a group interview with 2 or 3 people and that it was mainly just so that I could meet the GM and so that he knew all of his employees. I was under the impression that I had gotten the job due to what I was told and because they had already completed a background check. When the actual interview with the GM happened, it was a group of 8 and the interview itself lasted 3 hours. The only question that was asked was why we wanted to work there and the rest of the time he told us how to be good employees. Then, after all of this, we were told that they were pursuing other candidates.

Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time

Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
