Several Skype interviews followed by an intensive one day onsite. The one day onsite consisted of several panel interviews, testing, and a final meeting with the planned manager. Very thorough interview.

They asked me to tell them a joke about something.
Very difficult interview process. This starts the control and manipulation that you will experience at Life.Church. The stress they put on the interviewer is said to have the cream rise to the top, but it is more about trying to make sure you know that they know more than you. One major red flag is they do not ask about calling or spiritual life.

Life.Church has a very in-depth interview process. It requires multiple stages but you can see the attention and care for candidates in each step of the process. The interview process can take some time if there are several candidates for an open role.
