Applied for the position in September and took 3 months for a response/interview. Right from the beginning of the interview it was very obvious that the two people conducting the interviews had other things that they needed to be doing rather than speaking with interview candidates. Any time that I was talking there was no engaging or even pretending to be interested in what I had to say. I knew within the first five minutes of this was not a place that I wanted to work at simply from the very idea that they might potentially be my colleagues. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. When people are taking the time to interview, there should at least be an attempt at giving them respect, and there was absolutely none given to me. At one point, I had shared an experience from a previous job, and when I was done speaking, it was so obvious that both of them were doing other work and hadn’t listened to a word I said. I hope that in the future they remember that at one point they were on the other side of the process and give candidates the respect they deserve.
