Very slow for such a low paying entry level job - The whole process should've taken a couple of days max. Start to finish it was well over 2 weeks to begin onboarding - not a great start.

They interview for 15 minutes in person mostly about knowledge on sport teams and other related items. They also test your knowledge on customer service and basic math skills. Overall a very chill environment depending on the manager.
