In the first part Online test of english language was conducted . Then telephonic conversation was done to check basic skills. Video interview was taken along with demo. Salary was discussed.

The interview process was unorganised.
They selected me first basis the demo and asked to even submit the agreement document.
Then they lined me up for a 5 day training which was mandatory. The training was all about how to use the platform. At the end of day 5 they reject me. It was a waste of time for at the 5 days training as it was just about LIDO. Why did you even select me then?
