      Had two staff members interviewing me in person, lasted around half an hour in my local Lidl shop. was friendly but they were taking notes and bouncing off eachother - felt a bit intimidating at times

      I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position at Lidl, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. From start to finish, the process was well-organized and professional. The interviewers were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the conversation. Lidl's commitment to excellence was evident in the questions asked during the interview. They were focused on assessing my skills, experience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The interviewers were genuinely interested in understanding how my qualifications aligned with the company's values and goals. Additionally, the interview provided me with valuable insights into Lidl's company culture. The interviewers highlighted the company's dedication to teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, which resonated with my own work values. Overall, my Lidl job interview was a great experience. It left me with a positive impression of the company and reinforced my belief that it would be a fantastic place to work. I look forward to the possibility of joining the Lidl team in the near future.
