The first interview is about 1 hour. There are some simple questions and most of them refers to your studies and experience. At the second interview there is a role play and you have to react to some difficult situations.

Colloquio effettuato da remoto con Recruiter del centro direzionale di Molfetta. Molto stimolante con domande su di me, sulla mia giornata tipo e sulle mansioni che svolgo presso l'azienda in cui lavoro attualmente.

Formal laid back to the point quite easy over all very generic basic questions that you would get in any other interview. Wouldn’t recommend place to work very poor structure no support by your line manager

Difficult and challenging. Corporate. You will be asked lots of questions and those things you will never do. The interviewers seemed arrogant. Great pay but they will work you to the bone.
