I applied to consulting firm and the entire process took 1 week. For me whole process was good and smooth, all the interviewer are good in interaction as they explaining the questions clearly and resolve the interviewee queries.

First of all, Licious has a very broken Interview process. Not by how they do it but by the people who conduct the interview including their CTO. I was interviewed at Licious for Senior Software Engineer (SDE-II). After the introductory call from the talent acquisition, I was given a take-home assignment to do as the first round of Interview. I completed it in 3/4 days with most of the latest technology stack and submitted it. After that, there was a discussion on the Assignment with a Senior Engineer. He really appreciated me for doing things with the latest tech stack and gave me a simple task to do within the assignment plus some common questions. The second round of Interview was with the Engineering Manager at Licious. One of the most stupid interviews I ever had in my life. I could understand she didn't know anything about my technology from her questions itself. It was not even an Interview - it looked more like a question-answer session. Nothing else. Moreover, there was no coding round nor any design level question which we would expect from people at higher ranks. And the most ridiculous part was that I got feedback after two days that I am not good enough for SDE-II but can only be considered for SDE-I. I was like wtf. I said ok anyway bcs of my circumstances. Then came the third round - with the CTO. The same story repeated again. The guy even asked me the same question twice in the same interview. That too the most basic question. He looked like he doesn't even care about what is going on. After a week I was told by him that I don't have enough energy to join Licious. LOL! Moral of the story: If you are an interview candidate at Licious then expect some ridiculous answers as feedback. Moreover, if you are a tech-savvy person and cares about the work you are going to do don't waste your time. If you don't care about anything just try your luck.
