J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Library of Congress (Washington, DC) en nov. 2021
Entretien
The interview was as expected, professional and no questions out of the norm. The panel was very academic (of course as librarians and senior staff with very advanced degrees). I have a military background and some of my stories were a little hard for them to grasp. This was more on me to prep and properly tell my story. I had a follow-up interview that wasn't really an interview. I "met" (this is all virtual) with two of my counterparts in different offices. There was 30 minutes allocated me to just talk with them and ask questions. They had no questions for me.

Interviewed for an administrative position. Interview was round-table style, and very relaxed. They did a good job of trying to quell nerves and be welcoming. Lasted about 45 minutes, and was very conversational. However, there wasn't great follow-up on the position - I'm not sure if it was ever filled.
