Asked questions about my education. They also asked me if I would be willing to transfer into different departments within the library if needed. When all the questions were answered, I had an opportunity to ask questions myself.
Panel Interview that closely follows the KSA question and answers. I suggest reviewing and practicing before the interview to be prepared. Was not bad at all, very nice people, great place.

Entretien
I got contacted within 2 weeks after the job posting was closed. Reference was checked within 2 weeks of the interview, and a tentative offer was sent 2 weeks after the reference.

It was a short and standard interview with a three Person panelist - 2 of which were subject field experts. Lasted about 1 hour long. Asked standard KSA questions from the initial job application. Left additional time for questions at the end.
