HR rep contacted me through School Job Network; required an application, a personality test [online] and 2 interviews; 1 via Skype and 1 in person at headquarters in Boston. Process took about 2 weeks. Received offer on the spot. The first Interview is Behavioral questions with the HR Rep, the second is a Business Case with 1 or 2 Managers in the Business. Flawless process and all Interviewers were pleasant.
