Entretien
I just had an interview today at my college career services center so I am still unsure of the results, but I felt that it went pretty smoothly. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable even though I was a bit nervous at the beginning. The recruiter asked several behavioral questions such as: 1) Describe a time where you had to use difficult software 2) Tell me about a time you had incomplete information and had to make a decision 3) Tell me about a time where you had to analyze data to make a decision 4) Why did you want to go to your current school 5) Tell me about a hardship and how you dealt with it 6) Tell me about a time you gave a speech or presentation. Overall, the interview took about 45 minutes.

Short phone call with the recruiter (30 minutes) and an interview (1 behavioral and 1 case interview) at the office. The phone call consisted of typical behavioral questions and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. The final interview lasted about 4 hours long. It started with a small breakfast and followed by a shadowing session with a current employee and then a formal interview. Everyone in my interviewing group was given a packet of graphs to analyze-- the goal was to resolve a question regarding hypothetical company. We had 25 minutes to go through it all and then split off into our interviewing groups (2 per candidate). They began by asking me to go through the data, and to explain to them my thought process. After I made my formal proposal, we went along to the behavioral part (most of which was pretty standard).

All-day session with written case, verbal case, behavioral interviews, and an introductory information session. Candidates were also given the opportunity to speak to their potential teammates, which was a huge plus. There were roughly a dozen or so candidates in my class of which a third or so received offers.
