Got an interview from a referral, applied to other jobs online but no interviews [ so try to get a referral!] . Spoke with a recruiter who was in a different office, she was very nice and helpful in helping me understand what they were looking for in the role. I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, she asked me a few questions. It was a little awkward because she didn't give intro but just asked me why they should hire me. Got a standard processed email saying I wasn't moving to next round. If I went through - interviews with 4 people on site. I think LM has a good recruiting process but the interview was not transparent. I was referred by someone who worked in the department and knew the role, and so had a very good idea of daily responsibilities and impact. I was put off by the Hiring Manager [Solaria Labs] because she seemed to "up-sell" the role and the overall impact.
