First, I had a phone interview for about 30 mins for two different positions . Recruiter called me back a couple days later to schedule an in person interview for both. Had both in person interviews for both positions about a week later on the same day. Met with two managers for the first position. They were pretty laid back but serious and time conscious at the same time. They asked questions about me personally and asked STAR scenario based questions. I answered all the questions as best as I could. Then they allowed me to ask questions and provided info about the company. The interview lasted for about 40 mins. I was then allowed to job shadow someone for about 30 mins. Then they let me go home. I have previous claims experience and my portfolio is pretty detailed and tailored to the position so they didn’t need to interview me for too long imo. I then had my second interview about 30 mins later with a manager in another department for a different auto claim rep position. That interview was with one manager and lasted about 40 mins as well. I didn’t shadow anyone in this interview, however, he did ask STAR method questions as well. I received a call from the recruiter about 3 days later with an offer for both positions. They offered the same amount of money for both positions so I negotiated the salary. I decided to go with the position that increased the salary and had the earlier start date since I wanted to start ASAP. P.S. based on what I’ve seen in other posts -It is not true that you have to hear back from them right away after the phone or in person interview to be offered a job. They generally are interviewing multiple people for any one role so it takes time for the recruiter and managers to process and vet everyone. Good luck.

So far I have submitted my application and participated in the virtual pre-interview which took less than 10 minutes, one business day after I did the pre-interview I received an invitation to do a self-paced virtual interview. It consisted of 5 questions that had 1 opportunity to record, 60 seconds of “think time” and 3 minutes of time to answer the questions. I will come back and update it I receive an offer to go to the next round of interviews.
