Just one interview with the managing director. Then I had quite a long talk mainly outsourcing concepts & ideas with the editor in chief.

For the most part, the questions were pretty standard - name a time where you were faced with a difficult decision, name one of your biggest work accomplishments to date, etc. - mainly focusing on my proven experience as a journalist in the publishing/media/web media sector.
