Video call phone screen. Went well enough. She promised not to ghost and to respond with a 'Yes" or 'No' by Wednesday or Thursday (my interview was on Monday). She did not respond. It has been a week now, so I can consider myself 'ghosted.' Please have more integrity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your interview experience. We understand how challenging and demanding the job search process can be, especially in today's market, and clear communication is essential. Our talent team handles each applicant personally rather than using automated systems, which allows us to provide more meaningful interactions but sometimes results in longer response times, particularly during the holidays. We are thankful for your feedback and apologize for this delay - an important reminder for us to keep optimizing the experience.

Interview process was straight forward and simple. They gave lots of information about the position, the company, and benefits. The interview process was super organized as well. The conversation felt very natural and they were responsive when I emailed.

This was the most unprofessional interview experience I've ever had. I applied for the job and had an initial phone screening, basic salary requirements were discussed, was told they could be met, and proceeded with the interview process. I had several skype interviews with the contact at the client end, a two hour panel interview, and then another one on one with the client lead, and was told during the panel process directly that I had really good experience. Shortly after the first few interviews I had another follow up with Liaison and they told me there were going to be a few more interviews. I had another very informal one on one with the client and was told several days later that not only did I not get the job but that the scope had changed, they would not be able to meet my minimum salary requirements, and that my experience scope was too wide for what is now a job with a narrower focus and I'm effectively overqualified for it and now a bad match. Not getting a job is one thing but this is a total "bait and switch" tactic, being told initially my salary requirements can be met and that my experience is a match and then AFTER the extremely lengthy interview process being told that neither of those things is the case. My time is valuable too and I don't feel that it was respected at all. While the client bait and switching the job scope after the interview process was frustrating and bad enough as it is, Liaison too had extremely poor communication and updates during the interview process were sparse and untransparent. The day of the final interview, which was several weeks into the process, I was told by my contact at Liaison that a decision would be made that day and I would find out the interview results soon without being kept in suspense. Three days passed, no notice came, and my calls and emails that I had to send from my end since the agency couldn't be bothered to contact me went unresponded to. Eventually I heard back from someone at Liaison saying he was busy with meetings and couldn't get back to me in a timely fashion, and also that the terms had changed and I was now "overqualified" for a job I was previously told I was a good fit for. I have meetings all week too and if I dropped the ball or left someone hanging it would never be a valid excuse for me, so the fact that Liaison apparently thinks this sort of thing is an acceptable way to treat people is totally unprofessional and inexcusable. All in all my experience felt like such a "bait and switch" interview process and waste of time that it's definitely soured me on any interaction with Liaison in the future. I still check job postings and occasionally see things I feel I might be a good fit for but if I see the job poster is Liaison I'll make a note to just not waste my time applying and keep looking elsewhere.
