Initially an online test consisting of quantitative, analytic and behavioral analysis.One phone interview and one Skype Interview. All HR and Behavioral questions.
The process started with a phone call. Next was a site interview which was 3 different interviews. One was with production, one with management, and the last with a couple other colleagues. They mostly asked the same questions, but it was casual conversation for the most part with questions interspersed.
