I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lexmark’s Senior Data Architect interview process. The interview consisted of two long, intense rounds where I was asked questions from A to Z. While I was prepared to invest the time and effort for such a senior position, the process ended up being a complete waste. Despite the serious nature of the interviews, there was no follow-up on the outcome. I was left in limbo for months with zero communication or updates. This reflects poorly on their hiring process and overall professionalism. I would not recommend pursuing opportunities with Lexmark if you value your time and transparency in the recruitment
