I had an initial interview with someone from HR. I was told they were in a hurry to fill the role and they would let me know if a week if I had advanced to the 2nd round. A month later I received an email to meet with the hiring manager. The hiring manager booked me for a one hour interview, but it went for 2 hours. At the time I was okay with it because it seemed to organically go over time since we seemed to really connect. The manager made it seem like I was at least in the running for the position and again that I would hear within a week. I never heard from them again.
