Took about 3-4 months and interviewed with several people including VP and head of division and a personality profile that must be passed to be on sales team. They are making sure the investment works out as they comment it takes 2 years to be running.

Easiest interview ever - if you can call it an Inteview... Took place in a noisy restaurant where interviewer did all the talking. Simply ask for the job and it's yours.
