The job advert that was posted on LinkedIn said it was for Halifax not lex autolease. Had I known that I would not have applied as I have a couple of friends who worked there who have had horrible experiences. Also the advert did not specify job duties. I got a call for interview the very next day of application and had no clue as to when I applied in lex auto lease. Anyway, I still went as I thought it would be a good experience, ignoring the fact that the salary was just 17000 or so.
There were 2 members from the business service team present and they had a sheet with pretty standard questions. The issue I faced was they were only worried about writing whatever answers I was giving without even looking at me once. It just felt awkward answering to people who are so busy writing with no expression on their faces. It was like talking to a machine.
When I asked about the role specific duties, they gave nebulous answers and just didn't want to explain anything when I asked for further info.
I thought right then and there that I do not want to work alongside such expressionless, joyless robots.

J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lex Autolease (Stockport, Angleterre) en août 2016
Entretien
Applied internally got a call days later for interview.
I waited 56mins sat at the reception no joke 56 minutes
turns out they totally forgot I was coming.
Two ladies (Not Managers)finally came apologising. Sat in one room the whole interview was rushed as they were trying to catch up with time for the next interview. A lot of writing down didn’t feel like a proper interview.
No feedback was given I had to beg for it.
