Went through a recruitment agency, so I had a lot of pre-screening interviews with the recruiter who walked me through some example questions and formats. I then had my first interview over a Teams call with the manager on the team for the job role I had applied for, supposedly lasting 30 minutes (but we ended up actually talking for an hour). Afterwards, I was invited to the Chichester office to meet with the same manager as well as a Director who interviewed me as well and this process lasted for an hour. Overall, between my initial job application and finding out the result of my final interview this process was very short and only lasted 3 weeks!
