I went in for a cook position. Half way through the interview the managers stopped me and asked if I'd like to try for a supervisor position. I told them that I'd never been a supervisor but anything I didn't know, I'd be willing to learn. I told them I have a passion for the restaurant industry and they said they saw a spark in me.
