Fake interview process. The recruiter was behind me as soon as I told them I do not need sponsorship for VISA. No technical assignment or any questions in the interview process - RED FLAG. In third round of interview panel, director ditched and did not appear in the call. Another RED FLAG. Position was on-site as per JD but still after knowing that I will not move to Utah, they told me that hiring manager is impressed with my background and want to proceed further. Please don't waste people time if you do not want to hire. You want to sponsor for your existed employee totally fair but that does not mean you fake interview listing and fraud the process.
