Lengthy process, didn’t pass the phone screen which is a first for me! Applied online, filled out questions, nearly a month later they ask to set up a phone screen. Get thru that, even with a terrible headache, seems positive. Explained steps involved. Zoom interviews next. I feel good about it all but then hear nothing further. Nearly a week later get email saying I didn’t progress. Unnecessarily long and drawn out process taking over a month to get to initial stages. Usually I land interviews within a week of applying, you have to wonder if HR have a clue what they’re actually doing. They didn’t seem to know much about the position.
