Interview process was not very professional. The topic of conversations we're discussed in proper mannerism, however, I felt as though the process was dragged on far too long with little explanation or no communication with transparency. Overall process took over 9 mos.

Phone Interview with a recruiter.
A second interview with the hiring manager and sales manager.
Third interview with an executive within the company and then a decision is made afterwards.

Entretien
Recruiter was fine, he missed my first interview but rescheduled. Next interview with manager was fine. Panel interview I was informed of a 45 minute hard time limit which is unheard of. One interviewer joined almost 10 minutes late. Given a script for a mock call and then was told that was not good structure. Basically got hung up on due to the time limit, no room for questions or feedback. Proceeded to get ghosted from everyone at the company despite reaching out repeatedly for feedback. Just really unprofessional. I’ve seen SDR turnover is high and heard PMF isn’t there anymore. Found out company had layoffs in March.
