Entretien
The process took a month. I had an initial phone interview, then was told to do two separate behavioral assessments. I concur with what the other reviewer stated - the chally assessment in particular was a waste of time. Also, the recruiter or HR lady did not respond to my follow up emails which I found rude. Ultimately, they did not choose me because my scores were low. What they want are robots, really. If they’re willing to treat prospective employees like that, I can only imagine how they treat current employees. Also, they advertise as $40-50k when really it is $36k base salary.
After a one hour chally assessment, which you have to take in order to move to the second interview, they decided to not move forward with my candidacy. That assessment was proven to be complete lie and still you invest your time.
