Request for a simple meet and greet. Designed as a questions answers experience review. Explanation of restructuring and desire to hire after first interview.
Process moves on with Virtual call with owner and VP. Owner spends time discussing his views on the position. Negotiations take place. Vp desire to hire is pushed aside by owner who throws out Low ball offers with lots of promises showing that he does not value his employees. Negotiations continue and owner calls you directly to try and convince you that you should take the lowball offer.

Simple but straight forward conversation. Open communication and transparency of company structure and goals. Some history from both parties. Discussion on knowledge requirements and an explanation of job descriptions that will be mandatory for position.

Asked if I am willing to work over 40 hours a week and possibly work on Saturdays
