Hirevue interview video questions and aptitude tests on judgemental, numerical etc. There are 6 questions that are asked in the interview video and you get 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to answer the questions.

After submitting the application, an email was instantly received asking for video questions to be completed - this was much welcomed as it hastened the application process considerably. Questions consisted of typical competency based questions: Describe a time you set challenging goals, when you built positive relationships, when you adhered to rules, when you were outside of your comfort zone. An interview followed - this consisted of a presentation and general interview questions, again mostly competency based, or relating to your presentation. Know your CV like the back of your hand as this interview can approach the 2 hour mark. Overall, the interview was quite relaxed, and provided opportunity to ask questions.
