Went through phone screening interview, then tech test (take home challenge), and craft interview with the team. The style of interview and questions were pretty standard, a combination of STAR ones and questions on particular technologies and experience. Unfortunately, I was not excellent on the craft interview as I was mostly preparing for STAR ones, as well as for technical questions on diffusion models, ComfyUI, VAE, Lora, etc. (which turned out to be completely irrelevant for the interview). Got a rejection, but was provided with detailed feedback on what they liked and where they saw the gaps, very thorough and useful.
