Slow. the company was going thru some org change so it seemed to take forever to decide on hiring process. 1 on 1 interviews with business head and hr as well as screening with recruitment agency. Normal sorts of questions nothing particularly original. There were long gaps between one interview and another.

I was asked to complete two recorded video interviews for Lenovo. Despite reassurances that I would get feedback in no more than four weeks, which is still long, I heard nothing for three months, when I received canned emails saying I was no longer under consideration. In the interim I could not get a response to my emails. The process was unprofessional, especially in stark contrast to other companies. It made a very bad impression of the company.
