Fast process and a great chance for networking. Recruiters are extremely helpful as well. I was concerned at first because it was virtual but it was nothing to be concerned about. I felt super comfortable during the one on one interviews.
Applied via the company website. Afterwards, HR called to ask few questions. Then proceed with physical interview at office. Interview was ok, a technical test first followed by an interview.
In a real life interview, I faced many questions about my area of study and skills. It was challenging overall, requiring in depth knowledge and critical thinking to answer effectively.

Multiple interviews, more casual conversation and prioritizing discussion regarding past experience and career goals. Final interview the interviewer was going in "blind" - hadn't seen a resume, cover letter, or anything regarding past experience.
