Honestly the best interview process that I’ve went through. A series of 2 one-on-one interviews, a group interview, and then a tour. All day event but really gives you great insight on the culture and opportunities.

Quick process, interviewers were nice and made the process as comfortable as possible. 1st stage was an AI interview , 2nd stage was a virtual interview with Lenovo leaders. The last stage was an onsite interview with a panel.

Why are you interested in the LASR Program/ working at Lenovo
The interview process involved a total of four interviews. The first was a digital screening. If you were selected, you would then have three interviews on the same day: a group interview, an HR interview, and a sales interview.

Thorough interview process, consists of resume screening, one way hireview, and if chosen a final 3 hour interview. There is a consulting case, and 2 other interviews with leadership. Be prepared to tell your why, why lenevo, why sales, why you. Show you did your research. Everyone is very friendly, overall a great experience
