I did not apply for this position but was contacted by an outsourced recruiter. There was one phone screen with the recruiter and two interviews with operations and hiring manager. The interviews seemed to go well and was informed that my goals aligned with what they were looking for. After the second interview, I was ghosted and given no feedback.
