Submitted my application via their online portal. Approximately two weeks later I received a text from their Internal Recruiter that she tried reaching me via email but I hadn’t responded. Sent a text back that I hadn’t received an email and that I am very interested in the role. Had the interview and she gave me positive feedback that she would recommend the hiring manager interview me. She said I should be on the lookout for the message. I also provided another email address to copy the message to. Despite sending both texts and emails reiterating that I was looking forward to receiving the assessment, I never got a response. Was ghosted. A friend had the same experience when she applied for the same job.
