A recruiter reached out on Indeed. Did the initial phone screening and did an in-person interview that same week. Was interviewed by three individual people, each one took about thirty minutes or so. Interview was relatively straight forward. Scenario questions relevant to the position along with the general interview questions.

Heard from a recruiter through my resume on Indeed that Lending Club would like to set up a phone interview for this position. Phone interview lasted around thirty minutes and I made it to the panel interview where I met another recruiter, supervisor, and senior supervisor. The recruiter provided a tour, the supervisor asked me about skill-level questions seeing how to handle the position and the senior supervisor really asked vague questions. I would say the supervisor’s portion was the best because it felt incredibly relevant about the actual work.
